Fast Show’s Simon Day brings some character to Tiverton A legend of British comedy will bring many of the faces that have made his name to Tiverton on August 6th. Simon Day has been a star of The Fast Show, Down the Line, Bellamy’s People and his own Radio 4 character comedy show. But he’ll be giving a one-man performance for the Comedy Hall audience on the stage at the New Hall. Most people will know his TV characters which have included Gary, the alcoholic car salesman in Swiss Toni; Dave Angel, eco warrior; Tommy Cockles the Denis Nordern-like TV . . .
