Comedy legend Bob Mills comes to Devon as our comedy guest on June 3rd.
Bob hasn’t been off of our TVs and radios since he started out in comedy in 1983, and is often attributed as the bridge between alternative and modern comedy. He was the star of cult TV series such as In Bed with Medinner and The Show, and as the 90s daytime quiz host of Win, Lose or Draw in ITV.
Few would know he also starred in Doctor Who opposite Peter Davison, and he also wrote the very successful Michael Barrymore comedy Bob Martin, the Robson Green vehicle Christmas Lights, and the screenplay for the film Pierrepoint.
On radio he is a regular pundit on BBC Radio Five Live’s Fighting Talk and BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz.
